Newly renovated apartment located in front of the beach par excellence of the city: La Concha Beach. As soon as you enter the apartment you will find the views of the beautiful bay of San Sebastian hard to forget. During the day it is beautiful but at night, it is even more impressive. It is also located in one of the most exclusive streets of the city and surrounded by all kinds of services.
It has a simple layout but is decorated with care and high quality furniture. It also has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the master bedroom there is a full bathroom, dressing room and shower that has as props the sea, as the space has a large window overlooking the beach.
Kitchen, dining room and living room share the same but large space, overlooking the bay, the island and part of the city.
Free 24 hours medical emergencies at home.
The price per month in the summer months, includes all expenses and bed linen and towels and includes a basic intermediate cleaning (after 15 days).
Charges: deposit - deposit upon confirmation of booking. 50% of the total amount of the reservation 60 days before, 50% of the total amount of the reservation 30 days before.
Deposit: 600€.
Cancellation policy with 100% refund: up to 60 days before.
