It is a neighborhood with a great gastronomic offer of quality, with supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bars and its “own” beach, Ondarreta beach just 500 meters away.
The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, one of them with bathroom en suite and direct access to the terrace. It has a spacious, bright living room with access to the terrace, another full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.
In addition, Igara has a private closed garage in the building for 1 large vehicle for FREE!
Free medical emergencies at home 24 hours a day.
The price per month in the summer months, includes all expenses and bed linen and towels and includes a basic intermediate cleaning (after 15 days).
Charges: deposit - deposit on confirmation of booking. 50% of the total amount of the reservation 60 days before, 50% of the total amount of the reservation 30 days before.
Deposit: 600€.
Cancellation policy with 100% refund: up to 60 days before.
